We provide independent mobile vehicle diagnostics, inspections and written reports. We are not mechanics. We do not carry out repairs, we do not fit or sell parts, and we do not take any payment or commission from garages, dealers or sellers.

• A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the vehicle, location and the time with you by WhatsApp, phone or our online booking calendar.
• Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
• We may charge a cancellation or no-show fee where appropriate, but any such fee will be clearly disclosed to you when booking.
• We may reschedule for reasons outside our control, such as weather, road access, vehicle safety or other circumstances that make the inspection unsafe or impractical. We will always offer you a new time.

You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or that you have the owner's permission for us to inspect it.

We need safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it.

The vehicle must be parked in a safe and lawful location with sufficient access for the inspection. We may refuse, pause or stop an inspection where conditions are unsafe.

Where reasonably required for diagnostic purposes, you authorise Red Sea Auto Check to operate supported vehicle systems and controls, which may include lights, locks, windows, fans, pumps or other electronic components.

We do not dismantle vehicles, remove trim or undertake invasive testing unless separately agreed.

An inspection is a snapshot of the condition of the vehicle at the time and place we see it, using visual checks, diagnostic equipment and electronic diagnostic data where available.

• Faults that are intermittent, hidden or only appear under conditions we cannot reproduce may not be detected.
• We do not check items that would require dismantling, removing engine or gearbox components, or specialist equipment we do not carry.
• Diagnostic trouble codes, warning messages or abnormal data do not automatically prove that a particular component is faulty. Further mechanical or electrical investigation may sometimes be required.
• Diagnostic trouble codes reported by the vehicle are one source of information only and must be interpreted alongside the condition of the vehicle and the available diagnostic data.

You receive a written report, normally as a PDF sent by WhatsApp or email. The report reflects the condition of the vehicle and the diagnostic information available at the time of inspection. It is not a guarantee or a warranty. The report is provided for your own use. You may share it with a garage, a buyer or a seller. The report belongs to you; we keep a copy for our records as described in our privacy policy.

Anything we recommend is intended to help you make your own decisions.

The decision to buy, sell, repair, drive or continue using a vehicle always remains with you.

If your continued driving of a vehicle is obviously unsafe, we may advise you not to drive it until the issue has been properly investigated.

Our inspection and report do not replace advice from a qualified repair specialist where further mechanical or electrical investigation is required.

Prices are agreed before the visit.

Payment is due on completion of the check unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Any cancellation, call-out or no-show fee that may apply will be disclosed before booking or before the relevant charge is incurred.

Payments must be made using the payment methods accepted by Red Sea Auto Check.

Red Sea Auto Check does not store full payment-card details. Card payments, where offered, are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider.

We will provide our service with reasonable skill and care.

An inspection and diagnostic scan cannot guarantee that every existing or future fault will be identified.

Subject to applicable law, Red Sea Auto Check will not normally be responsible for losses arising solely because:

• a hidden or intermittent fault was not detectable at the time of inspection;
• a fault developed after the inspection;
• the customer chose to buy, sell, repair, drive or continue using the vehicle;
• diagnostic data was incomplete, unavailable or affected by the vehicle's condition, software or electronic systems;
• information supplied to us by the customer or another person was inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you believe something in your report is wrong, contact us at info@redsea-autocheck.com with the report reference. We will review it and re-attend where that is appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies. Last updated: 19 August 2026.
